Terms of Use
These terms explain how visitors may use Crochet Bag Idea, its free patterns and its other website content.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing CrochetBagIdea.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and the related Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, availability or operation.
Using our free patterns
You may view, print and save a reasonable number of pattern pages for your own personal, non-commercial crochet use. A teacher or community group may link participants to the original pattern page.
You may not copy, repost, translate, sell, distribute or publish the written pattern, chart, downloadable file or photographs in full or in substantial part without written permission from Fatima Becloor. Please share a link to the original page instead.
Selling finished handmade items
You may sell finished items that you personally make from a Crochet Bag Idea pattern in small quantities. Please credit “Pattern by Fatima Becloor at CrochetBagIdea.com” in an online product description when practical.
This permission does not include factory production, mass manufacturing, reselling the pattern, using our photographs to advertise your item, or presenting the pattern design as your own. Contact us to discuss a use outside these terms.
Ownership of website content
Unless a page states otherwise, the website’s original text, patterns, arrangement, graphics, branding and photographs are owned by Fatima Becloor or used under permission or license. The Crochet Bag Idea name and visual identity may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
Limited quotation for commentary, teaching or review may be permitted by applicable law. A quotation must remain proportionate, include attribution and link to the original page.
Pattern accuracy, substitutions and safety
We work to provide clear and accurate instructions, but personal tension, yarn substitutions, hook choice and individual technique can change the finished result. Check gauge and measurements as you work.
Patterns are educational craft content. Choose materials suitable for the bag’s intended load and supervise children around straps, cords, tools, closures and small parts. Stop and contact us if an instruction appears incomplete or unsafe.
Advertising, affiliate links and external websites
The website may display advertising or use affiliate links. Commercial relationships will be disclosed where relevant and do not give an advertiser control over pattern instructions or editorial conclusions.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience or attribution. Crochet Bag Idea does not control those websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, products or privacy practices.
Availability and responsibility
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We may correct, update, remove or reorganize content and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crochet Bag Idea and Fatima Becloor are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a visitor’s material choices, modifications or finished item. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website, its services or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
